- Safely and properly use equipment for café menu items.
- Responsible for all aspects of assigned station.
- Completes daily checklists.
- Prepares the Line Cook with basic, critical items for the next day.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains utensils and tools.
- Communicate with team about product no longer available.
- Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies.
- Maintain grade “A” or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards.
- Uphold company standards and policies for opening/closing.
- Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws.
